Maple Cutting Board

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you may contact us at oneoftdesigns@gmail.com.

Once your return is accepted we will issue you an RMA# and send you instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back without an RMA# cannot be accepted.  Once we are in receipt of your return item we will issue a refund back, per your original payment method, within 5 business days.

 

Product Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.

 

Exchanges and Non-returnable items
We do not accept exchanges at this time.  Customs orders are non returnable.

Orders will be securely packaged and shipped to you.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or loss of packages by shipping company. 

If you do not receive your order, please contact us and we may be able to assist in filing a claim. 

Care and maintenance of all our serving & cutting boards require hand washing and conditioning with board oil as needed.  Use warm soapy water and dry immediately.  Not dishwasher safe.  Do not soak.  This will cause wood to swell, warp, and crack.

May be disinfected/deodorized with a light lemon & salt scrub.  Wipe down with warm water and reapply wood oil conditioner.  Use only oils branded for cutting boards.
