Refunds

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you may contact us at oneoftdesigns@gmail.com.  Once your return is accepted, we will issue you an RMA# and send  instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to us without an RMA# cannot be accepted.  Once we are in receipt of your return item we will issue a refund back per your original payment method within 5 business days.

 

Product damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.

 

Exchanges and non-returnable items

We do not accept exhanges at this time.  Custom orders are non-returnable.
