Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed 2-5 days after they are received by One Oft Designs LLC.
Shipments are made as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

The cost of shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless stated on the product page as qualifying for “free shipping.”  Shipments are sent by USPS and rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight of items.  Typically customers receive their orders in 2 - 10 days. 

 

In the event of shipping delays on behalf of the delivery or courier service, One Oft Designs cannot be held responsible for these delays as they are out of our control. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

One Oft Designs is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

One Oft Designs LLC is not liable for any products damaged by and/or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged due to shipping process, please contact the shipping carrier.  Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.  Please also advise us of the damage so we can assist as possible in correcting the issue.

International shipping policy
 

Currently, One Oft Designs LLC ships only to addresses within the United States of America.

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
